  • Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO)
    Compensation payable for the compulsory purchase of a property is calculated based on the provisions of Article 10 of the Compulsory Expropriation Law No. 15/62. Compensation includes the market value of the expropriated part of the property, as well as any appreciation or adverse impact due to the Compulsory Purchase Orders.
